These terms explain how our services work. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
Ordering & Payment
- You can place orders through our website or by phone.
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and any other payment methods listed at checkout.
- Prices may change, but the price shown at the time of ordering will be honoured.
- Discounts, vouchers, and promotions must be applied at checkout — they can’t be added after.
Delivery & Collection
- We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but traffic, weather, or other delays may occur.
- Orders placed outside our delivery area may be declined.
- Please make sure your delivery info is accurate — we’re not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
- If there’s no answer at the delivery address, your order may return to the store. A redelivery fee may apply.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Once your order is confirmed and food prep has started, it can’t be cancelled.
- Refunds may be considered for missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory items, after review.
- Issues must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
- We may refuse refunds if there isn’t a valid reason or clear evidence.
Service Charge
- A £1 service charge is automatically added to each order.
- This helps support our team and is shared with staff as tips.
- The charge can’t be removed at checkout, but if you’d like it refunded, just contact us after ordering.
Food Allergies
- Please tell us about any allergies before placing your order.
- While we do our best, we can’t guarantee allergen-free food as our kitchen handles common allergens like dairy, gluten, nuts, and more.
Customer Conduct
- We expect all customers to treat our staff and drivers with respect.
- Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in service refusal.
- Fraudulent activity, false claims, or misuse of our site may lead to legal action.
Updates to These Terms
- We may update these terms at any time.
- Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page.
